Planning Product Launches in ARTOVA

ARTOVA includes a complete Product Launch System designed to help you plan, organise, and improve your launches - all in one place.

Instead of juggling spreadsheets, notes, and timelines, you can map everything visually from early planning through to post-launch reflection.

How to Access the Product Launch Section

1. Open ARTOVA

2. Go to your Dashboard

3. Click Product Launch in the sidebar or dashboard card

4. Inside you'll find the Product Launch tools available.


Using the Seasonality Timeline

The Seasonality Timeline helps you plan launches across the year.

To add a launch or event:

1. Click Add Event

2. Enter your launch name and details

3. Add notes or action steps if needed

Your event will appear in your yearly view

You can use this to map:

• Product launches
• Promotions
• Campaigns
• Seasonal ideas
• Important business dates


Using the Launch Timeline Planner

The Launch Timeline Planner breaks your launch into weekly steps so you know exactly what to do.


To create a launch:

1. Open Launch Timeline Planner

2. Click Add Week

3. Add tasks inside each week

You can track tasks as:
• To Do
• Scheduled
• In Progress
• Completed


Each week also includes space for notes and goals.



Using Launch Reflection

After your launch, you can record insights inside Launch Reflection.

To create a reflection:

1. Click Add New Launch Reflection

2. Enter your launch name

3. Add your notes in each section

You can capture:

• What went well
• What could improve
• Customer feedback
• Ideas for next time

This helps you improve future launches.
