Pricing & Billing
Yes. ARTOVA offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features so you can explore if it's right for you.
You’ll only be charged after the trial ends (with whatever plan you selected), if you choose to continue. You’ll receive a reminder 72 hours before billing.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again.
Because ARTOVA includes a free trial, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription has started. We encourage users to explore the platform during the trial period to make sure it’s the right fit. If you experience any technical issues, please contact support and we’ll do our best to help.
Technical & Account
Yes. ARTOVA works on mobile, desktop, and tablet devices. You can access your workspace through your browser or install it as an app on your device. All core features are available on mobile, although some tools are naturally easier to use on larger screens.
Yes. ARTOVA uses secure systems and encrypted connections to protect your information.
Yes. Your changes are saved automatically while you work.
If you cancel your subscription, you’ll keep access to ARTOVA until the end of your billing period. After that, your account will become inactive, but your data will remain securely stored in case you decide to return later. Simply resubscribe using the same email address to regain access. If you accidentally create a new account with a different email, just contact support on hello@artova.io and we’ll be happy to help.
