If you need to update your payment method - for example, if your card has expired or you’d like to use a different payment option, our support team can help you securely update your billing information.
When You Might Need to Update Your Payment Details
You may want to update your payment information if:
• Your card has expired
• Your payment failed
• You received a billing notification
• You want to change to a different card
• Your bank details have changed
Updating your details ensures your subscription continues without interruption.
How to Update Your Payment Information
To update your payment details:
If you need to update your payment method, go to your profile settings > billing portal. Inside there, you can edit your payment method.
Once updated, your subscription will continue normally.
What Happens If a Payment Fails?
If a payment fails (for example, due to an expired card or insufficient funds), Stripe will automatically attempt to process the payment again.
You may receive a notification asking you to update your payment details.
During this time:
• Your subscription remains associated with your account
• You may temporarily lose access until payment is successful
• No data will be lost
Once your payment details are updated, your subscription will continue as normal.
How to Resolve a Failed Payment
If your payment fails, the quickest way to fix it is to update your billing details inside the Billing Portal (inside your profile settings)
Contact support if you have any issues.
After updating your details, the system will retry the payment automatically.
