Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your ARTOVA subscription at any time from your account settings.
Cancelling stops future billing, and you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
There are no contracts or long-term commitments.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your membership:
1. Click 'Profile Settings' underneath your profile picture in the top corner of ARTOVA
2. Scroll down to Click 'Cancel Subscription'
3. Confirm your cancellation
Once confirmed, your subscription will be scheduled to end at the close of your billing cycle.
What Happens After You Cancel
When you cancel:
• You will not be charged again
• Your access continues until the end of your paid period
• Your account becomes inactive after that date
• Your data remains saved with your account
If you return later using the same email address, your information will still be there.
Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current subscription period already paid.
Cancelling a Yearly Subscription
If you’re on a yearly plan and choose to cancel part way through your subscription period, your access will continue until the end of the 12-month term you’ve already paid for.
For example, if you cancel after 9 months, you’ll still have access for the remaining 3 months.
You will not be charged again once your billing period ends.
ARTOVA also sends a reminder before your next payment is due, so you have time to review your subscription before renewal.
Can I Reactivate Later?
Yes. You can resubscribe anytime using the same account email.
If you accidentally create a new account with a different email, contact support and we can help restore access.
Please note that free trials are only available for new customers, so if you’ve already used your trial, reactivating your subscription will begin a paid billing period.
Need Help?
If you get stuck, you can contact support and we’ll be happy to help. We usually respond within 24 hours.
