Login or Access Problems

If you’re having trouble logging into ARTOVA, don’t worry - most login issues can be resolved quickly.

This guide walks through the most common causes and what to do next.

Check You’re Using the Correct Email

Your ARTOVA login must use the same email address you used when signing up.

If you’re unsure which email you used:

• Check your order confirmation email
• Look for any ARTOVA welcome emails
• Search your inbox for “ARTOVA”

If you try logging in with a different email, the system won’t recognise your account.


Make Sure You Created Your Account

After starting your free trial or purchasing, you’ll be redirected to create your ARTOVA account.

If you skipped this step, your account may not exist yet.

To fix this:

• Go back to the signup page here
• Create your account using the same email you used at checkout


Forgot Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, use the login page to request a new code or reset link.

You should receive an email with instructions shortly.

If you don’t see it:
• Check your spam or junk/promotional folder
• Wait a few minutes and try again


If you still don't receive an email, please check the stage above (and make sure you've created an account first)



Check Your Subscription Status

If you were previously able to log in but now cannot access ARTOVA, it may be related to your subscription status.

For example:

• A payment may have failed
• Your subscription may have ended
• Your trial may have expired
