Creating your ARTOVA account
Follow these simple steps to create your ARTOVA account and begin organising your creative business.
Step 1: Go to the ARTOVA sign-up page
Visit the ARTOVA website and click Start Free Trial.
You can access the sign-up page from:
The homepage
The pricing page
Any “Start Free Trial” button on the website
Step 2: Enter your details
To create your account, you’ll be asked to enter:
Your name
Your email address (this will be your ARTOVA login)
Your payment details
Your card is required to start the free trial, but no payment will be taken until the trial ends.
You can cancel anytime during the trial if ARTOVA isn’t the right fit for you.
Make sure you use an email address you can access, as this will be used for login and important account updates.
Step 3: Create your ARTOVA login
After entering your details, you’ll be redirected to the account setup page.
Here, you’ll:
Confirm your email address
Create your password
Finish setting up your ARTOVA account
⚠️ Important:
Use the same email address you entered during checkout. This connects your subscription to your account.
Once complete, you’ll be taken straight into your ARTOVA dashboard, or the login page.
You can access the login page anytime at https://www.artova.io/login
Step 4: Download the ARTOVA app (recommended)
When you log in for the first time, you’ll see the option to download ARTOVA to your device.
You can install ARTOVA on:
Desktop (Mac or Windows)
Tablet
Mobile
Downloading the app isn’t required, but it’s strongly recommended.
Many users find ARTOVA works best when it’s installed - so you can access your workspace quickly without juggling multiple browser tabs.
It helps ARTOVA feel like a dedicated workspace for your business, not just another website
